HMA Direct recognizes the importance keeping our customers’ personal information confidential. Privacy is a top priority for all HMA Direct employees. This Notice, which is required by state and federal law, explains our Privacy Policies.

customers) outside HMA Direct for any purpose other than the
underwriting or administration of a customer’s
policy/account or for marketing of additional HMA Direct
products, unless the disclosure has been authorized by the
customer or is permitted or required by law.
●Whenever we retain other organizations to
provide support services on behalf of HMA Direct, we will
require them to protect customers’ personal information.
●To help us keep your customer information
up-to-date and accurate, please contact us if there is any
change in your personal information.
●When necessary, we will review and revise
our Privacy Policies to protect personal customer
information.
