The personnel at HMA Direct exemplifies personal drive, integrity and energy that is evident in the positive can do attitude of our corporate culture. We seek out clients through personal relationships, on site visits, educational seminars, client referrals and a multitude of other sources. It is this tenacity that makes us successful; the drive to help business owners find solutions that will help their businesses.

Energize

We motivate associates to work together to bring solutions to the table. This is not a one shot deal but these operations are performed throughout the contract life of the client. Find a problem and solve it, this process is repetitious as we seek to help our clients grow and achieve their goals.

Edge

You need to have edge, the old saying that 'analysis is paralysis' comes into light. We certainly have the personnel and the analytical tools in place but more importantly we know when to move forward and get the job done. This comes from years of making the tough decisions; it is this sixth sense that comes with years of success.

Execute

Execute, execute, execute....regardless of the curves that business and life throw at us we get the job done, we are a results driven company and we have the loyal clients to prove it.

Passion

The Passion for success is an inborn trait. It comes from the hearts and souls of our personnel, the passion to work effortlessly to get the job done. Yet we all seem to agree that when you are helping others it just seems like the right thing to do. In the words of Jack Welch 'By passion, I mean a heartfelt, deep, and authentic excitement about work. People with passion---really care in their bones about colleagues, employees, and friends winning. They love to learn and grow, and they get a huge kick when the people around them do the same.'
